Dear kids and adults, today I am going to teach you why you should not eat sugar all the time. I used to eat sugar all the time but then I noticed that it wasn't good for me. Now I eat sugar once a week or so. I think you should try that too.
My mom actually told me to eat sugar once a week. Have your parents told you that you should eat sugar once a week? If your parents told you that you should eat sugar once a week then you are good. If you don't eat sugar once a week, try it. One reason you should not eat sugar all the time is that you can get very hyper. I ate so much sugar that I got so hyper.
That's when my mom noticed that I was eating so much sugar every day. So she said you can only eat sugar once a week. She told me why. She said that if I keep this up I am going to get cavities so I did what she said. I bet you know how that feels. It is also important to not eat sugar all the time because you will go to the dentist's office many times. In my school, we are only allowed to eat sugar at the cafeteria and sometimes our classroom. Are you only allowed to eat sugar in the cafeteria at your school and your classroom too?
Here are other things you can eat besides sugar:
Apples, carrots, tomatoes, chicken, and avocado.
