No vision board ;)

Love this. I read an article a few months back on Medium stating how even giving something a mere 1% increased effort per day can make way for big changes. That thought had changed my world. Every day I have a reminder set that says “today I commit to doing 1% more.”

I feel your article is in alignment with that thinking. It really does make a difference because it makes you think, what is that little bit more I could do today that would get me closer to my goal.

Motivation is a good to seek out, but even that becomes habitual.
